Queenstown panorama from the top of the Remarkables ski field

Located on the southeastern shoreline of Lake Wakatipu and situated high in The Remarkables Mountain range surrounded by craggy peaks, this sunny Queenstown ski slope certainly lives up to its name.

With scenery that is nothing short of breathtaking, complimented with over 200 ski-able hectares to include three sunny wide open bowls, The Remarkables are a tonne of fun!

Serviced by regular shuttles from the heart of Queenstown the 20 minute drive is well worth the effort, not to mention the scenic beauty on route to the resort which will blow you away.

The Remarkables are another fantastic family and learners resort with a designated learning area, along side some really nice easy terrain to progression on. Futhermore, these north facing slopes also have an array of challenging black diamond runs, chutes, and off piste powder for those looking for something a little more challenging. Not forgetting that the Remarkables are also the home of the ‘The Stash’ project, which is a back-country park experience unique to this mountain.

Hey, and best news of all – children under 10 years of age ski free at The Remarkables!
