Getting to Northstar Ski Resort

Location

Northstar Mountain Resort is so easy to get to. Situated just 1 ¼ hours’ drive from Reno International Airport, or 3 ½ hours’ drive or a 1 hour flight from San Francisco. Daily direct flights from all over the USA into Reno International Airport.
international connections are available ex Australia and New Zealand through Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Scheduled resort shuttles transfer guests from Reno airport to North Tahoe.
Private airport vehicle transfers are also available at an extra upgrade cost.
Private inter ski resort shuttles are also available.

Getting Around

Around the resort: Ski shuttles operate throughout the resort to access mountain village area/accommodations.

Taxi: There are taxi services which are available to you at a fee and will take you to where ever you wish to go.

By Car: Driving around Tahoe is general very easy. Whilst a car in Tahoe is not required, if you plan to trip around and make the most of skiing multiple ski resorts in the Tahoe area, then a car would be convenient to have.
