Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort have combined to create the largest single ski and snowboard resort in the United States. A new 8-passenger Quicksilver Gondola connection, along with the new King Con Express six-pack and Motherlode Express Quad make up just some of the improvements totaling over $50 million for the 2016 season. Getting to Park City
Park City Mountain Resort is located an easy 35-minute drive from the Salt Lake City Airport. Serviced by over 700 flights a day from locations all over North America, Salt Lake City is so easy to get to! By Air: Closest airport is Salt Lake City Multiple daily flights from all major USA cities Park City is just a 35 minute drive from Salt Lake City Airport Rental cars are available, although a car is not needed in Park City. Airport Shuttles and Taxi’s are readily available from Salt Lake City to Park City.

Park City Ski School and Daycare
Park City offer a grand selection of small group tuition as follows, along with private lessons for 1/2 or full days:
Adult Group Half-Day Ski or Snowboard
These lessons are for beginners to intermediates (up to basic turns on easy blue terrain). They focus on building a solid foundation of fundamental skills and movements, while boosting your confidence and taking your skiing or riding to the next level..
Never Ever Half-Day Lesson
If you’ve always wanted to learn, this is how to do it. Enjoy the ultimate introduction to skiing or snowboarding that assures a positive and stress free experience.
Focusing on specific skills and individual goals, these workshops are designed for higher-level skiers. Enjoy being shown some of the best places to ski, as well as pointers and tactics to get you to the next level.
These workshops are designed for higher-level snowboarders interested in freestyle or all mountain riding. You’ll focus on extending your existing skill base through terrain, conditions and pitch, creating a whole mountain experience. As well as enjoying some of the best places to ski on the mountain!
Led by Park City Mountain Resort’s own female pro instructors, this group will teach you more than just a few tricks to improve your skills. You will walk away with new favorite runs, plus tips that will help you ski the mountain like a local. *No beginner skiers *
Simply purchase your Powder Club lesson between 8:00 am and 8:30 am on any day on which the Resort has received six or more inches of new snow overnight. The Powder Club lesson will get you on PayDay Lift at 8:30am with up to four other participants and an instructor for a three hour tour with the inside scoop on our top-secret powder stashes, hidden runs and the best routes all over the mountain. For advanced skiers AND snowboarders only please.

Kids Signature Programs
Park City Mountain Resort has Kids Signature Programs offering just the right mix of fun and on snow education; the perfect balance for getting young ones started on the slopes. By limiting class sizes to 5 students or less, this gives each child a more personalized experience with more time to play, more time to practice and more time to learn. On offer are:
- Signature 5 program – for 6-14 years
- I Ride Park City Camps – 10-15 yrs, for skiers and boarders who want to up their park and pipe ante.
- Signature 3 program – for 3 ½ to 5 yrs for skiing, and 5-6 yrs for Signature 3 snowboarding

Park City has varies companies available to parents to assist with the care of their littlies so Mums and Dads can go off and have some well deserved on snow ‘me’ time. Choices vary from in room baby sitters, to drop in day cares.

Lift Lodge – Superior in ‘ski in/ski’ central town property
Appropriately named due to its location right next to the town lift on lower Main Street, the Lift Lodge offers guests ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort. This complex is located in the heart of historic Main Street, offering luxury lodging walking distance to fine dining, shopping and nightlife. Lift Lodge provides guests with a common hot tub, underground parking, hi speed wireless internet access, indoor common area, and elevator access to the units.
Available are: One, two and three-bedroom condos.
Powder Point – Moderate/lead in property ‘short walk to mountain’
These refurbished, and extremely comfortable condominiums are just a short walking distance from the lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. Powder Point also provides guests with the convenience of a closeby bus stop to catch the free town shuttle up to Main Street to enjoy fantastic dining, shops, and nightlife which line the street! All condos have full kitchens, fireplace, wireless, common washer/dryer access, cable TV, as well as access to a communal hot tub on site also. Snow Flower Condos – Moderate ski in/ski out’ property
Snow Flower Condos offer exceptional value for money with a prime hill side location. In addition to its ski in/out, there are 2 outdoor pools, underground parking, 24hr front office, communal laundry, fitness room, and it is on the bus shuttle route. Housekeeping is every 5 nights. Condos are privately owned so bedding varies. In the heart of The Canyons Resort Village and located just steps from the Red Pine Gondola, the Sundial Lodge is a fantastic property, which offers affordable rates.

Sundial’s minimum standards include 5 GE Profile kitchen appliances including washer & dryer, dishware, coffee maker, video player, cable television and much more.
