In addition to meeting this passport requirement, you will need a Visa on Arrival (VoA) and must pay the Bali tourist levy (IDR150,000 approx NZ$16). 2PAYMENT NOTES, WHO DO YOU PAY FOR WHAT: 1. Your standard WKA package is paid directly to Emile from WKA, including your initial $2500 per person, deposit. 2. For any holiday extensions you are planning to do after the WKA tournament, you will arrange this directly with Shona from AMPED, as well as pay AMPED for these costs, separately. *Please contact Shona asap to let her know if you are planning to extend so AMPED can rebook your flights home onto another day of your choice, as well as provide any quotes for your additional travel plans required.
