BOOKING DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

To confirm your place on the 2025 October WKA UK/Italy Trip, WKA requires your non-refundable deposit & completed entry form with urgency.

1. NZD $1000 per person non-refundable deposit is required by 29 June 2025

2. NZD $2500 per person non-refundable 2nd payment is due by 29 July 2025

3. NZD $2500 per person non-refundable 3rd payment is due by 29 August 2025

4. NZD $ all outstanding is the 4th and final payment, due by Friday 12 September 2025**

PAYMENT NOTES, WHO DO YOU PAY FOR WHAT: 1. Your standard WKA package is paid directly to Emile from WKA, including your initial $1500 per person deposit. 2. For any holiday extensions you are planning to do after the WKA tournament, you will arrange this directly with Shona from AMPED, as well as pay AMPED for these costs, separately. *Please contact Shona asap to let her know if you are planning to extend so AMPED can rebook your flights home onto another day of your choice, as well as provide any quotes for your additional travel plans required.
