RATE US & WIN
The “Rate Us & Win” competition is a promotional giveaway run by AMPED – The Ski Adventure Travel Specialists. To enter, participants must leave a review of their experience with AMPED on Google. Each valid Google review submitted during the competition period will receive one automatic entry into the prize draw.
Participants can earn a bonus entry by also submitting a separate review on Facebook, giving them a maximum of two entries.
At the conclusion of the promotion, four winners will be randomly drawn to each receive a $100 Mighty Ape voucher (NZD). Winners will be contacted directly and announced via AMPED’s email or by phone call.
By participating, entrants agree to these terms and acknowledge that reviews may be used in AMPED’s marketing and promotional material. Full terms, including eligibility criteria, entry deadlines, and prize details, are outlined below.
Eligibility:
- Entry is open to customers who have booked or travelled with AMPED.
- The competition opens on 17 April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm NZT on 5 May 2025.
- Four winners will each receive a $100 NZD Mighty Ape voucher.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are subject to expiry and usage terms below.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone using the details provided in their customer booking.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, AMPED reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Mighty Ape Voucher Conditions:
- Mighty Ape gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of issue.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
- Regrettably, we cannot replace gift vouchers that are lost or stolen after being received.
- If you do not have a Mighty Ape account, you will need to create one.
General:
- By entering, participants grant AMPED permission to use submitted reviews (in full or part) for marketing purposes, including on websites and social media.
- Reviews must be genuine and reflect a real customer experience.
- AMPED reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent, inappropriate, or not in the spirit of the competition.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google, Facebook, or Mighty Ape.
- AMPED reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
